WHAT WE WILL DO

We begin by arranging to visit you to discuss exactly what the vacancy is that you wish to fill and the requirements that you require of potential applicants. We will then prepare a job description and specification for your approval, after which we will advertise the vacancy.

We will conduct initial interviews and prepare a short list of a maximum of four. We will then obtain the references for each of the short listed candidates, before arranging for you to interview them. We will attend these interviews and offer any assistance we can, including if you wish negotiations regarding salary and benefits with the candidate of your choice.
