Training & Recruitment Solutions Limited strives, as our company name indicates, to provide solutions to our clients’ training needs. We fully appreciate that every company, whatever the size, multi-national to sole trader, has its own particular and individual training requirements, and we endeavour to deliver a high standard of service, which is tailor-made and customised to suit those requirements.

Our experienced trainers are able to ensure that any training they deliver is pertinent to the ethos, business practices, policies and procedures of each individual company and any relevant legislation governing them. Our training can be delivered in-house on the clients’ own premises, if suitable facilities exist, which can minimise staff disruption and travel, or in suitable premises within convenient reach.

For some courses however, particularly Management and Leadership, it is better for those attending to be away from their workplace, so there is no chance of them being distracted by the day to day running of the business. In essence we are flexible in the arrangements that can be made, in terms of location of the courses and indeed in timing of them to try and ensure they are as accessible as possible and fit in with working practices and shift patterns.
