This qualification has been developed to provide those new to running, or looking to run, licensed retail premises, including pubs, bars, hotels, restaurants, sports & social clubs, nightclubs and entertainment establishments, with an overview of the areas of management responsibility that are essential to run their business successfully.

When successfully achieved along with the BIIAB National Certificate for Personal License Holders, the candidate is automatically awarded the Level 2 National Certificate in Licensed Retailing.
