Who needs this qualification? This course is designed for and will be of benefit to all levels of personnel including Management. This is essentially a minimum of a one day certificated course which will be specifically designed for the company it is to be delivered to. This is achieved by our tutor visiting the company and discussing with management their particular requirements prior to the course taking place.
